EABS 2023 – Siracusa

The project members will organize the session “Historical Approaches to the Bible and the Biblical World” at the upcoming European Association of Biblical Studies Annual Conference (Syracuse, 10-13 July 2023). This research unit is dedicated to providing an interdisciplinary forum for reconstructing the history of ancient Israel/Palestine, on the basis of biblical and extra-biblical sources. This year, the focus will be placed on extra-biblical sources of a textual nature.
